Return & Exchange Policy
At Covira Luxe, we value your satisfaction and want your shopping experience to be seamless. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help with easy returns and exchanges.
✅ Eligibility for Exchange
- Exchange requests must be raised within 2 days of receiving the order.
- Products must be in original condition — unused, unwashed, undamaged, with tags and packaging intact.
- Items without tags will not be accepted.
- Customized or discounted items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Color variations due to screen lighting are not considered defects.

Initiate Request
Contact us on WhatsApp: +91 9033183341 to raise your exchange request. -
Reverse Pickup
A pickup will be scheduled within 2–3 working days via our courier partner. -
Product Check
Once received, the item will go through a quality check at our warehouse. -
New Product Dispatch
After successful verification, your new product will be dispatched.
💰 Exchange Charges
- If you received a wrong, defective, or damaged item:
➤ Free exchange or full refund will be provided. - If the correct item was delivered but you want to exchange it:
➤ A ₹200 reverse shipping fee applies (deducted from your refund or charged for new shipment).
🔁 Returns & Refunds
We currently accept returns only in the case of:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged or defective product
After the reverse pickup:
- Your product will undergo a quality check.
- Once approved, the refund will be initiated within 48 hours.
- Total processing time for refunds is usually 7–12 days.
❗ Important Notes
- We do not accept returns/exchanges for items that have been used, worn, washed, or are returned without original tags.
- Color differences due to screen lighting are not considered product defects.
- Customized items are not eligible for return or exchange.
